The Group
The Anthony Consulting Group was established to provide individuals, school districts, government agencies, learning and business organizations, universities and philanthropic organizations with strategic professional and leadership development support. We specialize in organizational culture building, executive coaching and consultation, conference and event planning, and customized project planning, implementation and evaluation.
The Chief Consultant
Dr. Douglas W. Anthony, has served public education for over 25 years and most recently served as an Associate Superintendent for one of the largest school districts in the country. Described as a pioneer and innovator, Doug is recognized nationally for his leadership and his ability to develop leadership programs and partnerships.
The Initial Consultation
For every service offered, a consultant will hold an initial consultation with you to listen and learn. After you, the client, share your vision and identify your needs, the consultant will draft an initial proposal. Our initial consultation is always free.
